Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Mohammad bin Naif chaired the Cabinet's session held today at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah.
At the outset of the session, the Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques briefed the Cabinet on the outcome of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques audience held for King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain.
(WASHINGTON, DC) – The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is committed to seeking a solution to the crises in Syria and continues to be one of the largest providers of aid to the Syrian people, including taking in millions of citizens from the war-torn country.
Saudi Arabia has taken in around 2.5 million Syrians since the beginning of the crisis. An estimated 600,000-700,000 still remain in the country.

The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) has strongly condemned the terrorist act in Nice, French, which resulted in killing and wounding a large number of innocent civilians who were celebrating Bastille Day.
The GCC Secretary General Dr. Abdullatif Al-Zayani reaffirmed the GCC states' solidarity with France and said that this criminal and cowardly act was carried out by why people stripped from all moral and human values.
He offered his condolences to the families of the victims and the French government and friendly people, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
The General Secretariat of the Council of Senior Scholars has condemned the heinous terrorist act in the French city of Nice. In a statement, the Council stressed that Islam magnifies the sanctity of human blood and criminalizes terrorism that kills and terrorizes innocent people in their homes, markets and facilities teeming with men, women and children, and that all humanity rejects and condemns it.
The Makkah-based Secretariat General of Muslim World League condemned the Nice terrorist act killing and injuring civilians who were celebrating Bastille Day. The League's Secretary General Dr. Abdullah Al-Turki said in a statement that the MWL stresses its firm position that such terrorism are not related to Islam and contradict human values and principles.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz has sent a cable of condolences to French President Francois Hollande following the terrorist running-over incident which took place in Nice.
