In the name of God, most Gracious, most Merciful

Thanks to God, Prayer and Peace be upon our Prophet and Messenger, who was sent with the message of mercy to all people, upon his family, and all his companions.

Dear citizens, Muslim brothers all over the world:

We congratulate you on the holy month.  The month of Ramadan comes, we thank Allah Almighty who makes it a month of blessing to fill us with mercy and forgiveness, to rekindle in ourselves the meanings of kinship and compassion and to renew the supreme values called for by this final religion.

Allah Almighty said in Holy Qur’an "Ramadan is the month in which was sent down The Qur’an, as a guide to mankind, also clear for (signs) for guidance and judgment (between right and wrong).

Dear Muslim brothers,

The Islamic religion is the religion of unity, brotherhood and cohesion. In our world today, we have seen that some deceived people with false calls which are not ordered by Allah. They did not differentiate between reform and terrorism and do not realize that those calls aiming at disturbing communities with the different parties and also aiming to sow division among Muslims. They have forgotten the purposes of this great religion which aimed that the Muslim community is to be a model of coherence, forgiveness and tolerance.

The Kingdom, based on the great honor of the service of the Two Holy Mosques and our belief in the fundamentals of this true religion, rejects terrorism in all its forms and manifestations and we will not allow a group of terrorists to take this religion as a shelter in order to serve their personal interests to horrify the Muslims or target our homeland or any citizens or residents. We also announce that we are continuing with the help of Allah Almighty in addressing and fighting all forms of this scourge, which is hidden behind the teachings of Islam where Islam is innocent of this scourge.

We, with the great determination, togetherness and cooperation of the people of this great nation, will expel this scourge in their dark holes.

In this blessed night, we ask Allah Almighty to eradicate the mist of those misguided and misled people who are deceived by the false calls until they see the truth of this religion, the religion of Islam and peace. One of Islam's most important pillars is the security of the homelands where returning to the right is better than persistence upon the falsehood. Allah Almighty said: "Behold, you received it on your tongues, and said out of your mouths things of which you had no knowledge; and you thought it to be a light matter, while it was most serious in the sight of Allah."

Dear Muslim brothers,

God granted us in this blessed country with the grace of security and living in peace, as Prophet Mohammed, peace be upon him, said: "If anyone among you is secure in mind in his life, healthy in body and has food for the day, it is as though the whole world has been brought into his Possession." Feeling of security is the greatest blessing and grace.

From this country, a place of revelation and cradle of the last heavenly messages in this holy month, we ask Allah Almighty in this blessed night to restore security, prosperity and stability in the Islamic world in order to achieve values of tolerance, compassion and love. The message of this religion, revealed by Allah, is to be mercy upon the people. Islam's approach is an approach of dialogue and coexistence of human civilization. We also ask Allah to bestow our brothers in all the Arab and Islamic countries with security and political, social and economic stability. The peace is to prevail all over the world.

Dear Muslim brothers,

We ask Allah Almighty in this blessed month to bestow his mercy on the souls of those people who died before fasting this Ramadan. We also ask Allah Almighty to forgive them.
