Saudi Ambassador Presents His Credentials to President Bush

(WASHINGTON, DC) – His Royal Highness Prince Turki Al-Faisal presented his diplomatic credentials to President George W. Bush at the White House today. Acceptance of the credentials confirms Prince Turki’s position as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United States of America.
After his meeting with President Bush, Prince Turki said, “It is an honor and a privilege for me to represent my country as Ambassador to the United States. I look forward to working with President Bush, his administration, Congress and the American people to further strengthen the historic ties between our two nations as we confront global challenges together.”
