The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz chaired in Riyadh today the summit of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) leaders with the attendance of King Mohammed VI of Morocco.
The final communique highlighted the summit's promotion of the strategic partnership of cooperation between Morocco and the GCC.

During their meeting, they discussed fields of existing military cooperation between the two countries and ways of enhancing them. They also discussed the latest developments in the Middle East, including the Iranian interferences in the regional affairs, and combating terrorism.
Foreign Minister Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir met today with French President Francois Hollande's special envoy for the Middle East peace, Ambassador Pierre Vimont. The meeting focused on reviving the stalled Middle East peace process within UN Security Council resolutions and the Arab peace initiative.
