International Ministerial Level Energy Conference to be Held in Jeddah

[Washington, DC] -- Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz a ministerial level meeting between oil producers and consumers is scheduled to take place in Jeddah on June 22, 2008.Invitations were sent to ministers of energy in oil producing and consuming countries, international organizations such as the International Energy Agency, and major international energy companies.
The Jeddah meeting will address rising oil prices that are unjustified by market fundamentals and propose solutions for dealing with them.
