December 17, 2013

The Saudi National Campaign to Support the Syrian Brothers has completed its distribution of aid to Syrian refugees in the Arsal area of Lebanon’s Bekka Valley. The assistance, which consisted of blankets, mats and wintertime clothes, was given out in the Al-Shuhada and Wadi Al-Hissin camps. In a statement, the Director of the Campaign’s Beirut Office, Waleed Jalal, explained that the Campaign targeted the Arsal area because of its severe cold weather and the presence of large refugee camps.

Meanwhile, the Campaign began distributing SR 35,152,500 [$9.37 million] worth of winter clothes to Syrians in Jordan, Turkey, Lebanon and Syria.
