Yemeni President Abd Rabbo Mansour called Minister of Interior Prince Mohammed bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz last night to offer his condolences following yesterday’s killing of a Saudi official in Sana’a. According to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), President Hadi briefed Prince Mohammed on the cowardly terrorist attack, in which unknown gunmen murdered Corporal Khalid Shbikan Al-Enazi, a Saudi employee at the Military Attaché in Yemen, and Jalal Mubarak Hadi Shaban, a Yemeni bodyguard.

In an earlier statement, the Yemeni government expressed strong condemnation of the heinous crime, insisting that it will spare no effort to bring the assailants to justice. It insisted that such attacks, targeting the security and stability of both Yemen and Saudi Arabia, will only bring the two countries closer together in their efforts to confront all types of aggression.
