Prince Saud meets with Secretary of State Clinton, Arab foreign ministers

Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal, who is currently heading the Saudi delegation to the 64th session of the U.N. General Assembly, met in New York yesterday with several Arab foreign ministers to discuss issues of common concern. The meeting was attended by Saudi Permanent Representatives to the U.N. Dr. Khalid Al-Nefaisi and Saudi Ambassador to the United States Adel A. Al-Jubeir. Prince Saudi also attended a meeting yesterday between the foreign ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states and U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The group discussed GCC-U.S. relations, as well as regional and international political issues. GCC Secretary General Abdulrahman Al-Atiyyah was also in attendance.
