Saudi Foreign Minister meets with U.S. Secretary of State in New York

Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal led the Kingdom’s delegation to the opening of the 66th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York today.
Yesterday, Prince Saud met with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, with whom he discussed bilateral relations and international issues of common concern. Specifically, the two sides discussed the agenda of the upcoming U.N. General Assembly session.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Foreign Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz; Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Multilateral Relations Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Saud Al-Kabeer; U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Jeffrey Feltman; Director of Policy Planning at the U.S. State Department Jake Sullivan; and a number of other officials.
