Saudi food assistance delivered to Algeria

Saudi Ambassador to Algeria Sami bin Abdullah Al-Saleh received a consignment of 206 tons of dates in Algiers yesterday, as part of the Kingdom’s assistance to Algeria in cooperation with the World Food Program (WFP). The dates were handed over to the Director of the WFP’s Executive Office in Algiers, Dr. Osama Osman, at a special ceremony. Addressing the gathering, Ambassador Al-Saleh expressed the Kingdom’s commitment to supporting the humanitarian activities of the WFP around the world.
