A Ministry of Interior spokesman has announced that Mejeb Mohammed Jamal Al-Qahtani, who is on the Kingdom’s 47 most-wanted terrorists list, has surrendered to Saudi security authorities. “Al-Qahtani contacted his family, expressing his desire to return to the Kingdom and surrender himself to the concerned authorities,” the spokesman noted. “Consequently, we made arrangements for his return and [his reunification] with his family. His initiative to surrender will be taken into consideration while looking into his case.”
