King receives calls from several Muslim leaders on the occasion of Ramadan

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz received several telephone calls today from Muslim leaders giving him their good wishes for Ramadan. He spoke to Omani Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed; Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani; Jordanian King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of Jordan; U.A.E. President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al-Nahyan; Moroccan King Mohammed VI; and Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh. During the calls, bilateral relations were also discussed.
For his part, King Abdullah sent out cables of good wishes to a number of Arab and Islamic leaders around the world. In his own name and on behalf of the people of Saudi Arabia, the King wished steady progress, prosperity and good fasting to all Muslims.
