New Zamzam water coolers developed
July 28, 2011
The General Presidency of the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques will debut new Zamzam water coolers at the Holy Mosque in Makkah and the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah during the upcoming month of Ramadan. The Presidency’s General Administration for Projects and Studies developed the coolers in line with operational requirements and health criteria. They are easy to move and distribute, can maintain water temperature, and are constructed of materials resistant to bacteria. Furthermore, they can be sealed so that only workers can open them for filling or washing. Abdulmuhsin bin Abdulrahman bin Humaid, Director General of Projects and Studies, said the Presidency will install machines to automatically refill the coolers, in order to guarantee a high-level of cleanliness and to preserve the purity of the water.
