Saudi campaign to help Syrian people raised over $32 million on first day

The Saudi National Campaign for the Support of Brothers in Syria has raised more than SR 121.7 million ($32.4 million), in addition to tons of food, medical supplies, clothing, tents, blankets and jewelry, since it was launched last night.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz launched the campaign with a SR 20 million ($5.3 million) donation. Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz donated SR 10 million ($2.6 million). The five-day campaign was ordered by King Abdullah.
