Crown Prince gifts 15 tons of dates to Palestinian refugees in Lebanon

Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon Ali bin Said Awwadh Assiri has delivered fifteen tons of dates to the United Nations Relief Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in Lebanon. The dates were a gift from Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz to the residents of Palestinian refugee camps on the occasion of the coming of the Holy Month of Ramadan. The delivery ceremony, held at the Saudi Embassy in Beirut, was attended by Charge d’Affaires of the Palestinian Embassy in Lebanon Mahmoud Al-Asady and UNRWA Director in Lebanon Salvatore Lombardo. Both officials thanked the Kingdom for its ongoing, generous support.
