Kingdom donates relief aid to Afghanistan

Saudi Arabia has donated 300 tons of relief aid to Afghanistan, which has been suffering from drought. The aid includes 12,000 boxes of foodstuffs; 1,000 tents; 3,000 blankets; and 1,000 rugs.

It was handed over to the Afghan Red Crescent Society in Kabul on June 11 on the directive of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz.
