GCC efforts to end crisis in Yemen continue

The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) is continuing its efforts to help the people of Yemen reach a peaceful agreement that brings an end to the bloodshed in their country, GCC Secretary General Abdullatif Al-Zayani said yesterday. In a statement, Al-Zayani stressed the importance placed by the GCC member states on the stability, security and unity of Yemen. He called upon the Yemeni factions to abandon violence and to seek solutions that will serve the best interests of Yemen and its people.
