Saudi Embassy suspends activities due to deteriorating security situation in Tripoli

The Saudi Arabian embassy in Tripoli announced today that due to the deteriorating security situation in Tripoli, the embassy has temporarily suspended activities and will remain closed until further notice.  Ambassador Mohammed Al-Ali announced today that all the mission's diplomats have left the Libyan capital on board a special flight.  He added that the departure was coordinated with the host country due to the current security circumstances and that the mission would re-open once the situation in Tripoli was stable.
