King Abdullah lays foundation for new health sciences university in Riyadh

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz laid the foundation of the King Saud University for Health Sciences in Riyadh today.

The university will comprise a college of medicine, a college of nursing and allied medical sciences, a college of public health and health informatics, in addition to departments relating to academic affairs, training and development. It will be able to accommodate 17,000 students.

Also today, King Abdullah attended the graduation ceremony of medical students.
