The Los Angeles-based defense and technology giant Northrop Grumman has announced plans to open a new office in Riyadh as part of its expansion in the Middle East.
In a press release issued today, the company said that Saudi Arabia is one the largest potential growth markets for defense products and infrastructure security in the region.

“Saudi Arabia is an important market in which we have considerable capabilities to offer, and the office in Riyadh will enable us to strengthen the close ties we have traditionally maintained with our Saudi customers and support their defense and security needs,” said Brian Morra, vice president of business development and strategic planning for Northrop Grumman’s Electronic Systems sector, in the press release.

Northrop Grumman provides a range of defense and security infrastructure system solutions including border security and maritime surveillance, airborne early warning and control, electronic warfare and training, and logistics and services.

The company’s regional headquarters are located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Riyadh office is the first of a series of new locations under consideration within the Middle East and North Africa.
