Ambassador Al-Jubeir meets with Phoenix Mayor Gordon

Saudi Ambassador to the U.S. Adel A. Al-Jubeir welcomed Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon to the Saudi Embassy in Washington last Thursday in advance of the mayor’s upcoming trip to the Kingdom.
Mr. Gordon will join eleven other U.S. mayors on a tour of Saudi Arabia next month organized by the Embassy in cooperation with the U.S. Conference of Mayors.
The purpose of the trip is to strengthen Saudi-U.S. economic ties and to help American leaders better understand the politics and culture of a key ally in the Middle East.
