Immigration officers trained to use sign language

Saudi immigration officers are being trained in sign language to better communicate with the hard of hearing at ports-of-entry, Arab News reported today.

Twenty-seven passport officers have completed their sign language training as part of immigration's efforts to improve facilities for the disabled, the General Directorate of Passports said.
