King Abdullah meets with Former President Carter in Riyadh

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz met with former US President Jimmy Carter at the royal palace in Riyadh today.

President Carter arrived at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh earlier today for a brief visit to the Kingdom.

During their meeting, King Abdullah and President Carter discussed issues of mutual interest. Also in attendance were Chief of General Intelligence Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz; Royal Advisers Prince Abdulaziz bin Abdullah, Dr. Prince Bandar bin Salman, and Abdulmohsen Al-Tuwaijeri; Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr. Nizar Madani; and Saudi Ambassador to the US Adel A. Al-Jubeir.
