King Abdullah receives Gen. Petraeus

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz held a meeting today with the commander of U.S. Central Command, Gen. David Petraeus, at his ranch in Rawdhat Khuraim, near Riyadh.   During the meeting, a number of issues of common interest were reviewed.

The meeting was attended by Prince Miqren bin Abdulaziz, Chief of General Intelligence; Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General for Military Affairs; Saudi Ambassador to United States Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir; and Susan Ziadeh, Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh.

Later, Gen. Petraeus met separately with Prince Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Chief of the National Guard for Executive Affairs and General Saleh Al-Mohaya, the Chief of the General Staff.  On Monday, Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Defense and Aviation Minister for Military Affairs, received Gen. Petraeus.
