King Abdullah holds meeting with Emir of Qatar

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani held a meeting at the King’s palace in Riyadh this evening. The two leaders discussed bilateral relations and the latest developments in the Gulf, Arab, Islamic and international arenas.
The meeting was attended on the Saudi side by Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz; Riyadh Governor Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz; Advisor to the King Prince Abdul-Ilah bin Abdulaziz; Deputy Interior Minister Prince Ahmed bin Abdulaziz; and Saudi Ambassador to Qatar Ahmed Al-Qahtani. On the Qatari side, the meeting was attended by Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabr Al-Thani; Director of Protocol Sheikh Mohammed bin Fahd Al-Thani; President of the Qatari Foundation for Information Sheikh Hamad bin Thamer Al-Thani; and Qatari Ambassador to the Kingdom Ali Al-Mahmoud.
Afterwards, the Qatari Emir and his delegation returned home, concluding a one-day visit to the Kingdom.
