Saudi Arabia donates medical supplies to Pakistan

Saudi authorities have donated medical materials and equipment to assist the Pakistani people in the state of Khyber Bakhtoon Khwa, it was reported today. According to a statement issued by the Saudi Embassy in Islamabad, the donation from the Saudi Development Fund (SDF) was delivered at a special ceremony held in Peshawar yesterday. Regional Health Minister of Pakistan Zaher Ali Shah, Representative of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Pakistan Dr. Gedo Sabata Nelly and a representative of the Saudi Embassy in Islamabad took part in the ceremony. For his part, Shah thanked the government of the Kingdom for its continuous support for the Pakistani people.
