A convoy of ten trucks loaded with foodstuffs, medicine and children’s milk was dispatched yesterday by the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) in cooperation with the Saudi Red Crescent Society to provide relief to the Palestinian people.

The convoy set off from Amman, Jordan, in coordination with the Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization.

Distribution of the relief supplies will be conducted in cooperation with the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA).

The OIC Islamic Solidarity Fund contributed to the convoy, along with a number of companies and institutions in Saudi Arabia.
