Riyadh Economic Forum 2011 concludes

The Riyadh Economic Forum was concluded today following three days of events and activities. The Forum, which was held at Riyadh’s King Faisal Hall, was patronized by Minister of Finance Dr. Ibrahim Al-Assaf on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz. During the deliberations, participants reviewed studies on five topics: balancing regional development, technical and vocational education and training, transportation in Saudi cities, food security, and investment in the Kingdom. At the conclusion of the forum, recommendations were made based on the studies. The event was attended by several senior officials, including Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs Prince Mansour bin Miteb bin Abdulaziz, as well as diplomats and businessmen.
