Saudis evacuated from Moscow, flood affected areas of Pakistan

On the directive of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, relatives and dependents of Saudi embassy staff and Saudi citizens were evacuated by a private plane to Saudi Arabia Thursday from Moscow, which has been choking on smoke from forest fires, Saudi Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ambassador Osama Nugali announced today.

Earlier in the week, Ambassador Nugali said, Saudi citizens in Pakistan were evacuated from flood-affected areas to the Pakistani port city of Karachi, where they will stay until conditions return to normal.
