Saudi donation campaign for Syrian people to begin today
July 23, 2012
The Saudi national campaign to raise funds to support the people of Syria, which was ordered by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz on Saturday, will begin this evening and continue for five days.
Prince Ahmed bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior and Supervisor of the "Saudi National Campaign for the Support of Brothers in Syria," said that royal directives were issued to continue the campaign for five days throughout the Kingdom, immediately following tonight's Isha (evening) prayer.
This campaign allows Saudi citizens to offer their support to the Syrian people as they continue to suffer from the cruel acts of the Syrian regime.
