King Abdullah appoints Prince Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Minister of Interior

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz today issued a royal decree appointing Prince Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Minister of Interior. The order is with immediate effect.  Prince Ahmed was named Minister of Interior upon the death of Crown Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz on June 16, 2012.   Prior to his appointment Minister of Interior, Prince Ahmed served as Deputy Minister of Interior.
