Saudi Arabia, U.S. sign Open Skies agreement

Saudi Arabia and the United States have signed a new bilateral agreement for air services that aims at implementing an open skies policy between the two countries. The document was co-signed in Jeddah today by the Vice President of the General Authority for Civil Aviation, Dr. Faisal bin Hamad Al-Sugair, and U.S. Ambassador to the Kingdom James B. Smith.
