International Islamic Relief Organization conducts 25 surgeries in Sudan

The Jeddah-based International Islamic Relief Organization (IIRO), an affiliate of the Muslim World League, has conducted 25 surgeries on Sudanese patients in Khartoum. IIRO Acting Secretary General Ihsan bin Saleh Tayyib reported that his organization sent a medical team to Sudan that included a number of specialists and consultants in the field of urology. He added that IIRO-sponsored Saudi doctors have conducted 51 surgeries involving open-heart catheters in Sudan.
