King Abdullah highlights the importance of dialogue

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz received the participants of the Seventh National Dialogue at Al-Yamamah Palace in Riyadh today.

This year’s forum, with the theme of “Labor Sectors and Employment: A Dialogue Between Society and Labor Institutions,” concluded recently in Buraydah.

In remarks on the occasion, King Abdullah highlighted the importance of dialogue.

“Our era has expanded in the transfer of ideas openly in a way never before witnessed by humanity in its history,” the King said. “Therefore, we should exercise our right to history confidently, depending on God in every dialogue that serves our Islamic religion and the principles of peace and humanity in this world.”

King Abdullah also met separately with a group of women participants in the Dialogue to discuss labor and employment matters as well as women’s issues.
