King Abdullah congratulated, praised on 9th anniversary of ascension to the throne

Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz has delivered an address congratulating the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and the Saudi people on the 9th anniversary of the King’s ascension to the throne. “Year after year, we witness more outstanding achievements that serve the citizens and their well-being,” he declared. “We also witness the development of legislations that ensure more stability and prosperity in addition to the improvement of the standard of living. We also witness the King’s bold and courageous stands towards Arab and Muslim issues.” The Crown Prince added, “The King’s fondest wish is to see the citizens avoiding division and disagreement; not compromising the unity and security; and contributing to moving the development wheel forward.”
Numerous other princes, ministers and officials offered their congratulations on the anniversary of the allegiance-pledge to the King. In various statements, they lauded the major achievements and advancements witnessed by the Kingdom over the past decade in the economic, educational, social, and health sectors. Furthermore, they praised the King’s bold initiatives that have strengthened Saudi Arabia’s role in the regional and international communities.
