Health Minister opens WHO office in Kingdom

Minister of Health Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah inaugurated the Office of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Saudi Arabia yesterday. The opening ceremony, held in Riyadh, was attended by Regional Director of the World Health Organization in the Eastern Mediterranean Dr. Hussein bin Abdulrazzaq Al-Jazaeri. During his remarks, Dr. Al-Rabeeah praised the close cooperation between the Kingdom and the WHO on a number of issues, including e-health and epidemic diseases.
