Separation surgery of conjoined Algerian twins begins

The separation surgery of two conjoined Algerian twins, Sarah and Ikram, began today at the King Abdulaziz Medical City (KAMC) in Riyadh. The procedure, which involves nine phases and is expected to last twelve hours, is being performed upon the directives and at the expense of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdulaziz.
