West Virginia University delegation tours Saudi Aramco

Representatives from West Virginia University recently visited the headquarters of Saudi Aramco, following their participation in the International University Fair in Riyadh. The delegation included Dr. David Stewart, Associate Vice President and Dean of Students; Dr. Thomas Sloane, Associate Dean of Student Life; and Michael Wilhelm, Director of the Office of International Students.
The university officials participated in a two-day program, during which they toured Aramco’s facilities, including the Oil Supply Planning and Scheduling Control Center, the Saudi Aramco Exhibit, the EXPEC Computer Center, the Intelligent Field Center and the Career Development Department. During the tour, they learned about day-to-day operations and the latest technology employed by the company.
In addition, the group met with Vice President of Northern Area Oil Operations Fahad Al-Moosa, Vice President of Marketing Supply and Joint Venture Coordination Dawood M. Dawood and other Aramco officials.
