New president named for Al-Jouf University

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz issued a royal order today appointing Dr. Ismail bin Mohammed Al-Bishri to the post of Rector of Al-Jouf University at the excellent rank, effective immediately.
