King Abdullah meets with U.S. Congresswoman Lowey

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz today met in Rawdhat Khuraim, near Riyadh, with visiting U.S. Congresswoman Nita Lowey and her delegation.  During the meeting, they reviewed a number of issues of common concern.

The meeting was attended by Chief of General Intelligence Prince Miqren bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Minister of Interior for Security Affairs Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, and Saudi Ambassador to the United States Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir.

Rep. Lowey, who is chairwoman of the State and Foreign Operations Subcommittee, and her delegation arrived in Riyadh earlier today and were received at King Khaled International Airport by head of the Shura (Consultative) Council’s Saudi-US parliamentary friendship committee Osama Kurdi, Saudi Ambassador to United Stated Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, and U.S. Ambassador to Saudi Arabia James Smith.
