Prince Saud meets with GCC officials in London

Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal met today with Yemeni Prime Minister Mohammad Ali Majur in London, where he is leading the Kingdom’s delegation to an international conference on Yemen. Issues of common interest, as well as the agenda for the upcoming summit, were discussed. The meeting was also attended by Yemeni Foreign Minister Abu Bakr Al-Qurbi, Saudi Ambassador to the U.K. Prince Mohammad bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz and Saudi Ambassador to the U.S. Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir.
Later, Prince Saud hosted a meeting of his Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) counterparts. The session included Qatari Foreign Minister Hamad Al-Thani; Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Mohammad Al-Sabah; U.A.E. Foreign Minister Abdullah Al-Nahyan; Omani Foreign Minister Yousef Abdullah; Bahraini Foreign Minister Khalid Al-Khalifa; and GCC Secretary General Abdulrahman Al-Atiyyah.
Tomorrow, Prince Saud will lead the Kingdom’s delegation to another international conference in London, this time focused on Afghanistan.
