Saudi-organized disaster combat training course held in Sudan

A training course organized by the Saudi Arabian Red Crescent (SARC), held under the title “Disaster Combat,” concluded today in the Sudanese state of Al-Jazirah. The Director of SARC’s Relief Office, Dr. Mohammed bin Omer Al-Sayyed, reported that thirty volunteers have been trained since December 25, 2013. The course, he said, aims at improving the ability to carry out relief projects in the Sudan.
