The Kingdom is financing a residential project in Sri Lanka to help people who were left homeless by natural disasters, including earthquake and tsunami.

The $10 million project for the town of Ampura includes 500 housing units, a hospital, a school for boys and a school for girls, a mosque, a recreation/events hall, a bus station, a shopping center and a sports stadium.

The Saudi Relief Campaign and the International Organization of Migration will sign an agreement on the financing on January 20.
