Kingdom appoints new GCC Consultative Commission members

Saudi Arabia has appointed five new members to represent the Kingdom at the Consultative Commission of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Supreme Council.


Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Saud Al-Faisal notified GCC Secretary-General Abdulrahman Al-Attiyah of the new members in a cable.

The five new members are Mohammed bin Ahmed Al-Rashid, Dr. Mahmoud bin Mohammed Al-Sufiani, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Naif Al-Uraier, Ismael bin Ibrahim Al-Shoura and Dr. Mohammed Ihsan bin Ali Bu Hulaiqah.

The Consultative Commission has 30 members, five from each member state.
