Cameroonian conjoined twins arrived in Riyadh yesterday for possible separation surgery at the National Guard's King Abdulaziz Medical City.  The twins and their parents were brought to Saudi Arabia on the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz.
