Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz held talks with King Mohamed VI of Morocco in Fez today. King Abdullah arrived in Fez last night for an official visit to Morocco, his first since ascending the throne in August 2005.

The Saudi-Moroccan talks focused on Arab, Islamic and international issues, particularly the situations in Palestine, Iraq and Lebanon, as well as bilateral cooperation. The two kings also called on Arab countries to take responsibility for their crises and their peoples and to reject foreign interference in Arab affairs.

Also today, King Abdullah attended a reception held in his honor by King Mohamed at the royal palace in Fez. During the event, the two leaders presented each other with medals of honor.
