Chairman Sheikh Dr. Salih bin Homaid led the 22nd Shoura Council meeting held in Riyadh. The members reviewed the Annual Report of the Ministry of Labor for the 2003-2004 fiscal year. 

The Council also approved Article 13, which addresses the formation of labor committees.

Numerous labor committees will now be working together to provide data for an analysis of the labor market and will also provide information to the council about people seeking employment.

Other topics included the Annual Report of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque in addition to a review of Saudi Arabian Railways.
