Amr Al-Dabbagh, Governor of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA), and Dr. Ali Al-Ghufeis, Governor of the General Organization for Technical Education and Vocational Training (GOTEVOT), signed an agreement to aid program coordination.

The agreement will also encourage training and recruitment of national cadres at investment institutions.  Dr. Al-Ghufelis stated that the joint education program will provide opportunities for  Saudi youth to join the workforce after they have had training and are qualified for new job opportunities.
