Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz chaired the weekly a cabinet session in Riyadh Monday.  Issues that were discussed included bilateral relations, terrorism, and those affected by the cyclone in Oman.  The Cabinet approved the Saudi Mobile Telecommunications and Company, which will provide local and international telecommunications services.  Fees for providing commercial services, frequency allocation, and phone number distribution will be levied.

The Cabinet approved the appointment of Jamal bin Hussein bin Abdullah Aqeel as Minister Plenipotentiary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Abdullah bin Homaidan bin Abdulrahman Al-Turki as Undersecretary for Real Estate Corporal Registration at the Ministry of Justice.
