Domestic Hajj flights up 22 percent

Saudi Arabian Airlines will operate 230 flights in order to transport Saudi pilgrims to the holy sites for the Hajj, the airline said. The number represents a 22 percent increase over the number of domestic Hajj flights last year.

Flights will originate from different parts of the Kingdom, including 124 from Riyadh, with departures every half an hour and each aircraft with a capacity of 280 to 444 seats.
